ALOO GOBI CURRY
INGREDIENTS:
- cauliflower/ gobi -1.5 cup (chopped)
- tomato chopped- 1
- onion chopped- 1
- potatoes- 1.5 cup (chopped)
- red chili powder- 1/2tsp
- ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
- Oil- 2tbsp
- turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
- coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
- garam masala- 1/2 tsp
- coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
- grated fresh coconut - 1/2 cup
METHOD:
- Grind onion, tomato, coriander leaves, grated coconut and ginger-garlic to paste.

- Add Cauliflower to warm salted water and keep for 10-15 mins.
- Peel the potatoes.
- Boil potatoes and cauliflower for 2 mins in microwave
- Heat oil in the pan add ground paste to it and stir.

- Add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala. Mix well.

- Cook till oil leaves the sides of the masala

- Add chopped potato and cauliflower. Mix well.


- Add 1/2 cup water and cook for 2-3 minutes.

- Garnish with coriander.

- Serve hot Aloo Gobi Curry with Roti or Rice.
