Cereals & Veggies Mix Salad 🥗 Combination 5


Heat a pan, add olive oil, pepper, lemon juice, salt, tofu, sprouted matki, basil, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onion, celery, coriander.
Mix well!
Add chopped cucumber 🥒 and tomato 🍅

Sides: guava, godambi

 Heat a pan, add ginger garlic chili paste, salt, pepper, lemon juice, chickpeas, red cabbage, broccoli 🥦, harbara, carrot, coriander. Mix well!
Add chopped cucumber 🥒 and chopped tomato 🍅 to it. Mix well!

Sides: strawberry 🍓, bitter gourd fry

Cereals & Veggies & Fruits Mix Salad 🥗 Combination 2


Heat a pan add 1/2 tsp olive oil, ginger garlic chili paste, pepper, salt, asafetida, soaked chickpeas, soaked harbara  grapes, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red or purple cabbage, onion, broccoli 🥦,  garlic chives, coriander, celery. Mix well
Take off from the pan add lettuce, tomato 🍅 cucumber 🥒. Mix well! 

Sides: Fig & Pomegranate

Garden Salad

Heat a pan, add 1/2 tsp olive oil, ginger garlic chili paste, asafetida, salt, pepper boiled sweet corn, beetroot, red cabbage, broccoli 🥦, grapes, lemon juice, celery. 
Remove from pan add chopped cucumber ( mavli kakdi) 🥒 and chopped tomato 🍅

Remove from pan and add raisins, cucumber 🥒, tomatoes 🍅

Cereals & Veggies Mix Salad 🥗 Combination 2

Heat a pan add olive oil 1/2 tsp, dry mango powder, salt, asafetida, chili paste, pepper, onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, soaked white rajma, soaked chana dal, beetroot, lemon 🍋 juice. MIX WELL! 
Add raisins to it. Mix well! 
Sides: cucumber and walnut. 

Canary Melon

Heat a pan add 1/2tdp olive oil, ginger garlic chili paste,  chana, zucchini, green peas, cauliflower, coriander. Mix well
Add chopped grapes, apple and pear. Mix well! 
Dressing : lemon pepper and olive oil dressing

Protein Rich Moong & Spinach Mix Salad



Take a pan add olive oil to it, ginger garlic chili paste, salt and sprouted moong. Mix well
Take a bowl add curried moong, chopped cucumber 🥒, chopped tomatoes 🍅, sunflower seeds, melon seeds, flax seeds, spinach, coriander and raisins. Mix well! 
Dressing : lemon and olive oil dressing 
Sides: orange & strawberry 🍓

Black eyed beans (chawli) salad

Take a pan, heat oil in it.
Add ginger garlic and chili paste, salt, asafetida, chaat masala, turmeric
Add onion, Tomato 🍅 to it
Add steamed black eyed beans, coriander
Add lemon 🍋 juice to it. Mix well!
Sides: chopped cucumber 🥒 sweet lime
Rated Beetroot Raita:
Take grated beetroot in one bowl.
Take pan, add 1/2tsp oil, asafetida,  green chillies  salt, curry leaves, cumin seeds.
Add it to grated beetroot bowl
Add curd  to it.
Add sal to it. Mix well!

Mix Veg Salad

Heat a pan, add oil to it.
Add ginger garlic and chili paste
Add baby corn, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, chickpeas, soaked groundnut, zucchini, onion, tofu, carrot.
Add salt and chat masala.
Mix well!
Add lettuce
Sides: strawberry 🍓, figs, pear 🍐

Fusion Salad



Heat a pan add 1/2tsp olive oil, ginger garlic paste, asafetida, salt, chopped onion,  zucchini, tofu  red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, black grapes, carrot, Sprouted matki (moth beans), baby corn, coriander. Mix well. 
Add lettuce to it

Sides: pomegranate, walnut, soaked almonds, bowl of watermelon 🍉

Tofu salad


 Take a pan add 1/2 tsp oil, ginger garlic paste, salt, steamed chickpeas, steamed groundnuts, zucchini, tofu, coriander, chaat masala, pepper.
Take a bowl add chopped apple, lettuce, walnut, soaked raisins and above pan mix.
Mix well.
Sides: orange, pear and soaked almonds
Soup: tomato soup


Vegetable Dosa

Spinach soup 
 Prepare Dosa batter.
Add grated carrot 🥕, chopped onion, chopped tomato 🍅, chilli paste, coriander, chopped  fenugreek (methi) and sal to taste. Mix well.
Take a pan and prepare dosa as per regular method with very less oil.
Serve with ketchup and spinach soup.

Take a pan and add oil, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, red kidney bean, white kidney bean, grated coconut, coriander, chaat masala.
Curried cereals, chopped cucumber 🥒, chopped tomato 🍅. Mix well! 
Sides: pomegranate, sweet lime, strawberry and walnut.

High Protein Salad with Roasted Garlic and Lemon Dressing


Spinach, curried chickpeas, paneer, beetroot, cherry tomatoes, black raisins, sunflower seeds, feta cheese with roasted garlic and lemon dressing.
Sides: strawberry 🍓 

Sprout Salad with lemon and olive oil dressing


Mix sprouts, cucumber 🥒, tomatoes, pomegranate, cilantro with lemon and olive oil dressing 



Falafel Salad with creamy burnt onion dressing


Falafel, lettuce, spinach, black olives, red onions, tomatoes, English cucumber 🥒, feta cheese with creamy burnt onion dressing. 


Stir fry with Chili Oregano Sauce


1. Take olive oil in pan. 
2. Add ginger garlic paste
3. Add black grapes 🍇,  broccoli 🥦, black raisins, tofu, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, carrot, mix grains, olives, apple 🍎, lettuce. Mix well. 
4. Add chilli 🌶 oregano sauce. Mix well! 



Green Salad with Chipotle Dressing!



Pomegranate, olives, soaked steamed chickpeas, soaked steamed groundnuts, black raisins, cucumber 🥒 , lettuce,  carrot 🥕, sunflower seeds, pumkin seeds, melon 🍈 seeds, flax seeds, pepper, Salt and Chipotle dressing to be added as required.
