BANANA WALNUT BREAD !!

Today, I thought I would share with you my recipe of classic bread - Banana Walnut Bread! One of my favorite loafs and a great way to use ripened bananas.
Every now and again I feel the need to add some nuts to my Banana Bread recipe for a different texture and flavor combination. With this loaf I chose the “Walnut”. :-)
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, 50gm curd, 2 eggs well beaten, 1tbsp coco powder, 2 ripe bananas (well mashed), 1 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 1 cup chopped walnuts.
METHOD
1. Take sugar and eggs in one bowl and stir it till it blends completely.
2. Add curd and flour to above mixture and mix it well. 3. Add coco powder and stir it till it gets blended completely. 4. Stir mashed banana in to flour mixture. 5. Then add the walnuts to the above mixture. Mix it well. 6. Add butter to the mixture. Stir the mixture. 7. Now add baking powder to it and blend it well. 8. Lightly grease the loaf pan. 9. Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees.
10. Pour the batter into prepared loaf pan. 11. Bake at 350 deg for 30 mins in oven. If you use microwave then bake it at 350 deg for 10mins. (Bake until the toothpick inserted in to center of the loaf comes out clean.) 12. Let bread cool in pan for a bit, and then flip it out in to a desired plate.
