Dalia or Broken Wheat Upma


Method:
  1. Dry roast the dalia in a pan on slow flame for 3 minutes till it turns to light brown in colour. Remove from the flame and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, add the asafetida,  mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, green chillies and ginger, mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the green peas and carrots, mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the roasted dalia, mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add 2 cups of water and salt, mix well and pressure cook for two whistles or till done.
  6. Remove from the flame, open the lid, add the lemon juice and mix gently.
  7. Serve hot garnished with coriander and grated coconut.

Stir Fry mix vegetables with Chipotle and chili oregano dressing



Heat a pan, add 1/2 tsp olive oil, ginger paste, zucchini, purple cabbage, cauliflower, basil, celery, onion, Tomato, french beans, green peas, spring onion, garlic chives, spinach, cabbage, chipotle and chilli Oregano dressing, salt, lemon juice. Stir Fry. Mix well and serve hot! 
Sides: Apricots, pomegranate, soaked badam

Heat a pan, add olive oil, pepper, chaat masala, zucchini, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, sweet corn, soaked groundnut, tofu, basil, harbara, chickpeas, pomegranate, boiled cauliflower, salt and lemon juice. Mix well!

Heat a pan, add olive oil, ginger garlic chili paste  salt, chawli (black eyed beans) , chickpeas, soaked raisins, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Mix well!
Add chopped cucumber πŸ₯’  and tomato πŸ…

Sides: pistachio and pomegranate

Heat a pan, add olive oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves, grated ginger, red dried chili 🌢  salt, pepper, chaat masala, lemon juice, soaked and steamed chickpeas, groundnuts, red rajma, broccoli πŸ₯¦ . Mix well! 
Add freshly grated coconut, chopped cucumberπŸ₯’   and coriander.

Heat a pan, add olive oil, pepper, lemon juice, salt, tofu, sprouted matki, basil, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onion, celery, coriander.
Mix well!

Heat a pan add 1/2 tsp olive oil, ginger garlic chili paste, pepper, salt, asafetida, soaked chickpeas, soaked harbara  grapes, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red or purple cabbage, onion, broccoli πŸ₯¦,  garlic chives, coriander, celery. Mix well
Take off from the pan add lettuce, tomato πŸ… cucumber πŸ₯’. Mix well!

Remove from pan add chopped cucumber ( mavli kakdi) πŸ₯’ and chopped tomato πŸ…

Heat a pan add olive oil 1/2 tsp, dry mango powder, salt, asafetida, chili paste, pepper, onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, soaked white rajma, soaked chana dal, beetroot, lemon πŸ‹ juice. MIX WELL! 
Add raisins to it. Mix well! 
Sides: cucumber and walnut.

Add chopped grapes, apple and pear. Mix well!

Protein Rich Moong & Spinach Mix Salad



Take a pan add olive oil to it, ginger garlic chili paste, salt and sprouted moong. Mix well

Black eyed beans (chawli) salad

Take a pan, heat oil in it.
Add ginger garlic and chili paste, salt, asafetida, chaat masala, turmeric
Add onion, Tomato πŸ… to it
Add steamed black eyed beans, coriander
Add lemon πŸ‹ juice to it. Mix well!
Sides: chopped cucumber πŸ₯’ sweet lime
Rated Beetroot Raita:
Take grated beetroot in one bowl.
Take pan, add 1/2tsp oil, asafetida,  green chillies  salt, curry leaves, cumin seeds.
Add it to grated beetroot bowl
Add curd  to it.
Add sal to it. Mix well!

Mix Veg Salad

Heat a pan, add oil to it.
Add ginger garlic and chili paste
Add baby corn, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, chickpeas, soaked groundnut, zucchini, onion, tofu, carrot.
Add salt and chat masala.
Mix well!
Add lettuce

Fusion Salad



Heat a pan add 1/2tsp olive oil, ginger garlic paste, asafetida, salt, chopped onion,  zucchini, tofu  red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, black grapes, carrot, Sprouted matki (moth beans), baby corn, coriander. Mix well. 
Add lettuce to it

Sides: pomegranate, walnut, soaked almonds, bowl of watermelon πŸ‰

Tofu salad


 Take a pan add 1/2 tsp oil, ginger garlic paste, salt, steamed chickpeas, steamed groundnuts, zucchini, tofu, coriander, chaat masala, pepper.
Take a bowl add chopped apple, lettuce, walnut, soaked raisins and above pan mix.
Mix well.
Sides: orange, pear and soaked almonds
Soup: tomato soup


Vegetable Dosa

Spinach soup 
 Prepare Dosa batter.
Add grated carrot πŸ₯•, chopped onion, chopped tomato πŸ…, chilli paste, coriander, chopped  fenugreek (methi) and sal to taste. Mix well.
Take a pan and prepare dosa as per regular method with very less oil.
Serve with ketchup and spinach soup.

Falafel, lettuce, spinach, black olives, red onions, tomatoes, English cucumber πŸ₯’, feta cheese with creamy burnt onion dressing. 


Stir fry with Chili Oregano Sauce


1. Take olive oil in pan. 
2. Add ginger garlic paste
3. Add black grapes πŸ‡,  broccoli πŸ₯¦, black raisins, tofu, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, carrot, mix grains, olives, apple 🍎, lettuce. Mix well. 
4. Add chilli 🌢 oregano sauce. Mix well!
