BREAD IDLI
- 6 bread slices
- 1 cup curd
- 1tbsp butter
- 4 potatoes (boiled)
- 1 Chopped onion (Medium Size)
- 1 tsp coriander and cumin seed powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- Chopped coriander
- 1 green chili (chopped)
- ½ tsp red chili powder.
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Cut the bread into round slices.
- Mash the potatoes. Add green chillies, chopped
onion, coriander leaves, red chili powder, garam masala, Coriander &
cumin powder and salt. Mix well.
- Mix salt and black pepper powder in curd.
- Now prepare a potato mixture tikki.
- Place tikki on one bread round slice. Place the
other round bread slice on top of it.
- Heat a little butter in a non stick pan. Now place
the bread slice with tikki in the pan and cover it and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Then flip the bread slice and cook for ½ min.
- Server it in plate and put curd mixture on top of
it. Garnish with Coriander leaves J

Paneer Cheese Frankie!!!
- 2 cups Gram Flour (Besan)
- ½ cup Fenugreek Leaves (Methi)
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Chaat Masala
- 1tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 onion chopped (medium size)
- 1 cup cottage cheese (Paneer), grated
- ½ cup Cheese, grated
- Oil, Shallow fry
- Salt to Taste
- Take besan in bowl and add methi leaves (I had more so that
it increases the nutrition content in it), salt, turmeric powder, red chili
powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, chopped onion. Mix well.
- Add water to it and mix well. The batter should be free
flowing and not thick.
- Heat a tawa. Add little oil.
- Put a ladleful of batter on it and spread it slightly.

ASHADHI EKADASHI SPECIAL RECIPES
Ashadhi Ekadashi is more of a religious procession festival and is celebrated during the months of June-July (Aashaadh Shukla paksha). This period is known as Chaturmas and coincides with the rainy season. Ashadhi Ekadashi is the day of fast and on this day people go walking in huge processions to Pandharpur to take darshan of God Vitthal. The yatra starts in Alandi and ends on Guru Poornima day at Pandharpur. The feast of Ashadhi Ekadashi is celebrated with great solemnity at Pandharpur. Hundreds of thousands go in pprocession from different parts of Maharashtra. On this day idols of Vishnu & Laxmi are worshipped, the entire night is spent singing prayers, and devotees keep fast. This include, giving up a food item or fasting on every Ekadashi day.

Paneer Capsicum Rings
- Grate the paneer in one bowl.
- Add to it ginger garlic chili paste, salt, garam masala, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Take a capsicum and cut it from stem side to make it hallow. Clean it from inside. Remove the seeds.
- Stuff the above mixture in it.
- Roll the open end of stuffed capsicum in corn flour.
- Take another bowl add besan, chili powder, turmeric and salt. Mix it well.
- Cut the stuffed capsicum in to rings.
- Roll the capsicum in the above mixture.
- Take pan pour 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry the paneer capsicum rings.
- Serve hot :-))

Strawberry Cake
Ingredients:
· 250 gms vanilla cake mix (eggless)
· 2 cup water
· ½ tsp veg gel
2 tbsp refined oil
· 1 tsp strawberry essence
· 1 tbsp strawberry syrup
· Frozen Cherry tin
· Strawberry emulsion
· 1 cup cream.
Method:
1. Grease the cake pot with refined oil
2. Take a bowl and add vanilla cake mix, ½ cup water, strawberry essence and veg gel. Mix well.3. Whisk the above mixture 2-3 mins.
4. Add 2 tbsp refined oil to above mixture and whisk well.
5. Pour the mixture in grease cake pot.
6. Make a whole in between the mixture.
7. Set the microwave on high and bake it for 4 mins.
11. Mix strawberry syrup and 1 cup water.
12. Apply the mixture on 2 slices of the cake
13. Take cream and add strawberry emulsion (4-5 drops). Whisk it well together.
16. Keep the other cake slice on it.
17. Arrange ½ cut cherries or fresh strawberries on it to decorate the cake.
18. Keep the cake in fridge for 4-5 hours to marinate.
Tip: You can use your favorite fruits and syrups to make different cakes from above recipe.
