Delicious Protein Shake !!


Protein shake is an excellent choice as a meal replacement or to use as part of a Whey Protein Shake Diet. Here is a simple recipe of protein shake!

Berry-Vanilla Shake :-)

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1/2 banana (optional)

  • 1 ¼ cup milk

  • 6 Ice cubes

  • 2 drops of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp (5g) of whey protein

Method:


Process all of the ingredients in a blender until mixed thoroughly and serve.
