Cereals & Veggies Mix Salad 🥗 Combination 1

Heat a pan add 1/2 tsp olive oil, add ginger garlic chili paste, salt, dry amchur (mango) powder, red onion, soaked groundnut, broccoli 🥦, red rajma, akkkha massor, green peas. Mix Well. 
Add lettuce, pomegranate, raisins, tomato 🍅 
Mix Well! 
Sides: pomegranate, pear 🍐

Protein Rich Moong & Spinach Mix Salad



Take a pan add olive oil to it, ginger garlic chili paste, salt and sprouted moong. Mix well
Take a bowl add curried moong, chopped cucumber 🥒, chopped tomatoes 🍅, sunflower seeds, melon seeds, flax seeds, spinach, coriander and raisins. Mix well! 
Dressing : lemon and olive oil dressing 
Sides: orange & strawberry 🍓

Black eyed beans (chawli) salad

Take a pan, heat oil in it.
Add ginger garlic and chili paste, salt, asafetida, chaat masala, turmeric
Add onion, Tomato 🍅 to it
Add steamed black eyed beans, coriander
Add lemon 🍋 juice to it. Mix well!
Sides: chopped cucumber 🥒 sweet lime
Rated Beetroot Raita:
Take grated beetroot in one bowl.
Take pan, add 1/2tsp oil, asafetida,  green chillies  salt, curry leaves, cumin seeds.
Add it to grated beetroot bowl
Add curd  to it.
Add sal to it. Mix well!

Mix Veg Salad

Heat a pan, add oil to it.
Add ginger garlic and chili paste
Add baby corn, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, chickpeas, soaked groundnut, zucchini, onion, tofu, carrot.
Add salt and chat masala.
Mix well!
Add lettuce
Sides: strawberry 🍓, figs, pear 🍐

Fusion Salad



Heat a pan add 1/2tsp olive oil, ginger garlic paste, asafetida, salt, chopped onion,  zucchini, tofu  red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, black grapes, carrot, Sprouted matki (moth beans), baby corn, coriander. Mix well. 
Add lettuce to it

Sides: pomegranate, walnut, soaked almonds, bowl of watermelon 🍉

Tofu salad


 Take a pan add 1/2 tsp oil, ginger garlic paste, salt, steamed chickpeas, steamed groundnuts, zucchini, tofu, coriander, chaat masala, pepper.
Take a bowl add chopped apple, lettuce, walnut, soaked raisins and above pan mix.
Mix well.
Sides: orange, pear and soaked almonds
Soup: tomato soup


Vegetable Dosa

Spinach soup 
 Prepare Dosa batter.
Add grated carrot 🥕, chopped onion, chopped tomato 🍅, chilli paste, coriander, chopped  fenugreek (methi) and sal to taste. Mix well.
Take a pan and prepare dosa as per regular method with very less oil.
Serve with ketchup and spinach soup.
