Heat a pan add 1/2 tsp olive oil, ginger garlic chili paste, pepper, salt, asafetida, soaked chickpeas, soaked harbara  grapes, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red or purple cabbage, onion, broccoli 🥦,  garlic chives, coriander, celery. Mix well
Take off from the pan add lettuce, tomato 🍅 cucumber 🥒. Mix well!
