Protein Rich Moong & Spinach Mix Salad



Take a pan add olive oil to it, ginger garlic chili paste, salt and sprouted moong. Mix well
Take a bowl add curried moong, chopped cucumber 🥒, chopped tomatoes 🍅, sunflower seeds, melon seeds, flax seeds, spinach, coriander and raisins. Mix well! 
Dressing : lemon and olive oil dressing 
Sides: orange & strawberry 🍓
