Tofu salad


 Take a pan add 1/2 tsp oil, ginger garlic paste, salt, steamed chickpeas, steamed groundnuts, zucchini, tofu, coriander, chaat masala, pepper.
Take a bowl add chopped apple, lettuce, walnut, soaked raisins and above pan mix.
Mix well.
Sides: orange, pear and soaked almonds
Soup: tomato soup


Vegetable Dosa

Spinach soup 
 Prepare Dosa batter.
Add grated carrot 🥕, chopped onion, chopped tomato 🍅, chilli paste, coriander, chopped  fenugreek (methi) and sal to taste. Mix well.
Take a pan and prepare dosa as per regular method with very less oil.
Serve with ketchup and spinach soup.
