Fusion Salad



Heat a pan add 1/2tsp olive oil, ginger garlic paste, asafetida, salt, chopped onion,  zucchini, tofu  red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, black grapes, carrot, Sprouted matki (moth beans), baby corn, coriander. Mix well. 
Add lettuce to it

Sides: pomegranate, walnut, soaked almonds, bowl of watermelon 🍉
